If you find that your DARTSLIVE Account has not been upgraded to a Subscription Plan after completing the purchase process on the DARTSLIVE Smartphone App (iOS or Android), please try to "Restore Purchase Information" by following the steps listed below.
1. Please check to make sure that you can make purchases using your Apple ID or Google Account.
If your payment method, such as a credit card registered to your Apple ID or Google Account, is not authorized or if the balance on your payment method is insufficient, your subscription may be cancelled.
2. Open the DARTSLIVE App on your smartphone and login.
3. Tap on the "Upgrade" button on the top right side of the "DASHBOARD" screen.
4. Then tap on "Restore Purchase Information".
